  • A weekly phone call from Belinda via Facetime or Skype, this phone call will be approximately 15 min. If you don't have access to these programs Belinda will call your phone. The initial phone call will be 20 - 30 minutes long.
  • A daily motivational tip via text, directly to you.
  • 30 Day Meal Plan included!
  • Belinda will personally choose Online Videos for you to follow each week that will help you reach your individual fitness goals. The workouts will be 2-6 times per week depending on your goals and your current workouts and time constraints.
  • Unlimited access via SMS Text, Email and Facebook Members only page.
