If you answered Yes to any of the above, we have the ideal program for you. You'll get 8 weeks of F.L.O.W. Training, (8 weeks), a nutrition plan and a photo shoot (with professional make up) at the end of your training to document your results! The photo shoot can be a boudoir look or any look you choose!
You will train with Belinda Morrison, Master Trainer who has trained thousands of clients just like you! Belinda's workout are scientifically proven to work! She will make the workouts fun and you will not be bored! All the workouts are modified for every fitness level, so beginners or fitness enthusiasts will fit right in!
The F.L.O.W. sessions will be held in Midnapore.

You will register in a F.L.O.W. session of your choice. You can also mix and match your locations and times in order to get your 5 workouts for the week. The F.L.O.W. session consist of H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) and resistance training (weights, bands, medicine ball, TRX, Gymsticks, Sandbells & Sandbags, etc.).
All workouts are 30 minutes and make sure to bring a mat, indoor running shoes, 8 to 12 pound weights and a water bottle.
Belinda will contact you a week before your program starts to perfom a fitness evaluation. This consists of body fat composition testing and measurements. We will also complete a "before" picture of you at this time (Don't worry, you can wear anything that you feel comfortable for the "before" picture).
After your 8 weeks are complete, you can book your photo shoot with Jody and your make-up with Angie OR you can continue on with more F.L.O.W. sessions. It really up to the individual to continue on if they desire.
