Belinda Morrison, Owner

I cannot remember a time when Fitness was not part of my life. I started working out at a gym at the age of 15, I was hooked for life. I knew that fitness was the path that I wanted to take for my career. I have over 6 years of Post Secondary Education in Fitness/Wellness/Theraputic disciplines. My diverse background gives me the knowledge and experience to train clients of all abilities. I have been in the fitness industry now for over 15 years, teaching, instructing and mentoring. I have trained clients ranging from severe disabilities to Olympic Athletes. I feel great satisfaction when my clients reach their fitness goals and feel that they have accomplished something great. It's an awesome feeling when I know that I am giving people the motivation, to reach their goals. I love waking up every day and saying WOW I love this JOB!

Colin Morrison, Personal Trainer

Colin is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer from Can-Fit Pro, TRX Certified, Fitness Kickboxing Specialist, Agatsu Kettle Bell Certified and AED/ First Aid /CPR Level C.

Colin takes care of the technical side of things at Be More Fitness. He also works for the City of Calgary as a Kickboxing Instructor. He's inspired to see everyone "stick to the program" and reach their own personal fitness goals. Colin has been involved in Sports his whole life. His family comes from a line of Olympic athletes. His love for Football has seen him become a Football coach to young kids in Calgary.


Kim Gooden, Personal Trainer

Specializations: I have worked in the fitness industry since 1998. Since then, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. My strengths include training those who are looking for a body composition transformation, as well as sport specific training for skiing, golf and squash. I also enjoy training those who are looking to improve their functional fitness, core stability and adherence to an exercise program.  I aim to make exercise as fun and as rewarding as possible!  There are no 2 workouts that are alike.  My goal is to keep clients guessing and to challenge them as their fitness level improves.

Experience: I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2001 from the University of Lethbridge. In addition to my degree, I am a certified exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning specialist, Kinesiologist, and a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach. My athletic background includes competitive ski racing and soccer. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals through exercise and nutrition as well as many other aspects of their daily life.


 

 


Diane Hutton, Personal Trainer

Diane is certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer through Mount Royal College and as a Certified Fitness Consultant (CFC) through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).

Diane became passionate about fitness after completing her first marathon in 2001. Since then, Diane has completed several adventure races, marathons and ultra marathons.

Diane believes that everyone should participate in regular physical activity not only for its incredible health benefits but by staying active you can truly live up to your potential and get the most out of your life.


  Terese Pratt, Personal Trainer

Terese is a Certified Personal Trainer through Can-Fit Pro, including a Certification in TRX Suspension, Certified AED/First aid/CPR and is also studying Exercise Nutrition.

I love the fact that I can help others attain their fitness goals, achieve their dreams and motivate them to become the strongest person that they can be. I believe it’s not just that number on the scale, or that number around your waist; it’s also about what you can accomplish… because YOU can do one more pushup, YOU can do three more pull ups and YOU can do that last kilometre.”

Debbie Cousens, Personal Trainer

Debbie is a Certified Personal Trainer through Can-Fit Pro. She has been involved in sports and fitness all her life. "I started playing for my school sport teams in Grade 7 and continued throughout high school. I coached the Sr. Basketball team when I was in grade 12. In my adult years I played Womens A Fastball and was invited to try out for Golden Gloves and travel throughout the US and Canada to play pre Olympic competitive fastball, but declined as there were so many other sports that I enjoyed that I was not prepared to make that kind of commitment to only 1 sport." She owns her own horse and was involved in Show Jumping, but now enjoys riding for pleasure as opposed to competition. She is also a certified Rescue Diver in PADI Canada since 1991, CPR-A certifications along with PADI Canada Medic First Aid.
